Return order

You can return unworn items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. After this period, a return is no longer possible. Just contact us via email or chat and we will help you.

Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. It is therefore possible to exchange or return items within 30 days. The return should identify it as yours - either by name or order number. Please contact us at contact@mamamag.at and let us know the item and invoice number/order number.
You can return unused items to us within 30 days - the period applies from the day your package was delivered.
It is important that the items are unused, unworn and unwashed and show no signs of wear. Please also make sure not to remove attached labels and the goods must be in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will credit your original form of payment within 30 days.

Please note that the shipping and return costs are to be borne by yourself.
We are a small family-run online shop and returns are very expensive for us but also for our environment. Before placing your order, we also recommend that you briefly check the size charts of the respective brand, which you can find with the product. If you are still unsure about the size, material, colour, etc. of an item, please contact us in advance by email at contact@mamamag.at
